Spacious and Cute Family Stay

Mac offered really good assistance . The children enjoyed the capsule toy Bingo game. The dual sink setup in the bathroom proved convenient for our family. The roller doors easily partitioned the kitchen and living space from the sleeping area.
The gym could use a slightly larger selection of equipment.

i really appreciated having a supermarket right next door. the laundry room was so useful and well equipped. staff was friendly, they were really helpful. the japanese style family room worked perfectly for us and the kids loved it!
the currency exchange machine giving me yen bills was weird, and the coin exchange in the laundry area wouldn't take them!

i liked that the hotel offers a kids room. vending machines for drinks were available, my kids enjoyed them. there's also a cup o noodle vending machine if you get hungry.

the staff spoke english very well and were very accommodating. the staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. they gave us daily updates on a board in reception, that was super useful.

it was easy walking to convenience stores and restaurants. bus stops are nearby, it gets you around the city quickly. the location was perfect for my family, it was so quiet!
